Ingredients:
Wild Harvested Seamoss (Eucheuma spinosum) cleaned, soaked and blended with Spring water and all natural mango juice.
 
Instructions:
Take 1-4 Tbs as is or add to your favorite smoothie, juice, applesauce, oatmeal, yogurt or even ice cream. Get creative with it.
Stays fresh up to two weeks (if it lasts that long!)
Refridgerate after use.
