16oz Plain Sea Moss Gel

Take 1-4 Tablespoons daily. 

Can be taken as is or you can try adding it to your favorite smoothie or juice. You can also add to applesauce, yogurt or oatmeal. Because of it's thickening agent (natural carrageenan), it can be added to soups and stews as a thickening agent. The possibilities are endless. 

Store your seamoss in the refrigerator in the airtight mason jar it came in or any other airtight container or ziplock. The seamoss will last for up to three weeks in the refrigerator. 

You can also freeze seamoss gel. We recommend using a ziplock or other airtight or vacuum sealed bag. Sea moss can last anywhere from 4-6 months.
